About Indie Creator Society
Indie Creator Society (ICS) is a Black owned digital community designed to empower creative entrepreneurs and professionals by closing the gap between us, scalable enterprises and sustainable careers. By making information available through free or low cost edutainment programming, and issuing equity free grants to founders/creatives via our non profit Indie Creator Fund- we've committed to
up-leveling our community with access to education, jobs and capital.
Founded in 2018, ICS has helped hundreds of creative entrepreneurs and professionals around the globe actualize their goals through thoughtful live programming with partners like Soho House, virtual think tanks and discussions led by FAANG executives, access to jobs within the ICS network, and funding via Indie Creator Fund which has proudly been able to reinvest $370,000 in funding and creative resources to businesses in need.

All proceeds from Blueprint 2053 go directly to the Indie Creator Fund’s mission to raise and reinvest 3 million dollars into Black creative entrepreneurs.
Robin Johnson is an award-winning tech leader, entrepreneur, angel investor, and creative equity advocate. The New York native began her career as a music journalist and then pivoted to the tech industry in 2015. Since then, Robin has leveraged creative development to drive company growth at Uber (in the company’s early years), Apple, and today is in Creative Production at Netflix.
As a CEO, Robin founded Indie Creator Society in 2018 to form a digital community for Black creative entrepreneurs to access information, mentorship, and funding. The company, which launched as a weeklong speaker series (Creator Week) attended by 500+ people, has since grown into a 501(c)3 foundation, raised over $370,000 for Black creative entrepreneurs, and partnered with the likes of Uber, Soho House, Snap, Slack and more.
